President Bush is coming to the Hampton Roads area next month to meet with Democrats.

That's because Democrats in the U.S. House have scheduled their annual retreat in Williamsburg in early February, and the president has accepted an invitation to address the gathering.

The president is scheduled to speak to the Democrats on Feb. 3.

He was last in Hampton Roads in October for the christening of the USS George H.W. Bush, the aircraft carrier named after his father and former president.
